Exchange and Return Policy
General Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be new and unused. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the packaging in good condition, unopened, and not damaged or torn.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product has been opened, used, or shows any signs of damage.
Exchange Policy
You may contact Sbitany Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product to report any issue. Exchanges can be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Definition of Exchange
An exchange refers to replacing the product with the same item or with a different item.
Cases Eligible for Exchange
- The product received does not match the specifications listed on the website.
- The product is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.
- The item delivered is not the same as the one ordered.
- If you decide not to keep the product despite it matching the ordered specifications and having no defects, you may exchange it by paying the delivery fee difference, even if the order value exceeds 200 NIS.
- The product has not been opened or used.
Return Policy
Definition of Return
A return refers to refunding the amount paid to the customer.
You may contact Sbitany Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The refund will be processed within 14 days.
- You may return the order and receive a refund if the exchange conditions listed above are not applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
The exchange and return policy does not apply in the following cases:
- Items marked as “This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.”
- Items accompanied by a notice indicating that they cannot be returned.
- Items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.
- Products that were specially ordered from abroad specifically for the customer.
