اﻟﻜﻔﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻌﻨﻲ اﻟﺘﺼﻠﻴﺢ وﻟﻴﺲ اﻟﺘﺒﺪﻳﻞ.
اﻻﺿﺮار اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺴﺒﺒﺖ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺳﻘﻮط اﻟﺠﻬﺎز او ﻛﺴﺮه وﻳﺸﻤﻞ اﻟﺰﺟﺎج او ﺣﺮﻗﻪ او اﻻﻫﻤﺎل واﻟﻼﻣﺒﺎﻻة ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮف اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮي وﻋﺪم اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﻬﺎز وﺳﻮء اﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل او اﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﺴﻴﺌﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻬﺎز. واذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ اﻻﺿﺮار ﻧﺎﺗﺠﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻌﺮض اﻟﺠﻬﺎز ﻟﻠﻐﺒﺎر او اﻟﺮﻣﻞ او اﺷﻌﺔ اﻟﺸﻤﺲ او اﻟﻤﻴﺎه او اﻟﺮﻃﻮﺑﺔ او ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ اﻻوﺳﺎخ واﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﻻ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ اﻟﺼﺪأ إﻃﻼﻗﺎ او اﻟﻌﻮاﻣﻞ اﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﺼﻮاﻋﻖ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺤﻈﺮ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ اﻟﺠﻬﺎز ﺑﺎي ﻧﻮع ﻣﻦ اﻧﻮاع اﻟﺰﻳﻮت واﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻜﻴﻤﺎوﻳﺔ.
ﻳﻤﻨﻊ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻣﻮاد ازاﻟﺔ اﻟﻜﻠﺲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻜﺎوي وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﻫﺬه اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻜﻔﺎﻟﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺗﺼﻠﻴﺢ اﻟﻌﻄﻞ اﻟﻨﺎﺗﺞ ﻋﻦ اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﻫﺬه اﻟﻤﻮاد.
ﻓﺘﺎﺋﻞ ﺻﻮﺑﺎت اﻟﻜﺎز، ﺗﺸﻘﻖ ﺑﻼﻃﺎت اﻟﻐﺎز أوﻛﺴﺮﻫﺎ، ﺑﺮاﺑﻴﺞ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﻧﺲ واﻟﺒﻼﻃﺎت، ﺳﻤﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﺴﺘﻴﺮﻳﻮ، رﻳﻤﻮت ﻛﻮﻧﺘﺮول ي ﺟﻬﺎز، وﻻ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﻃﺮﻣﺒﺔ ﻏﺴﺎﻟﺔ ﻧﺼﻒ اوﺗﻮﻣﺎﺗﻴﻚ )ﺣﻮﺿﻴﻦ( ، وﻻﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺑﻄﺎرﻳﺎت ﺗﻠﻔﻮﻧﺎت اﻟﻼﺳﻠﻜﻲ، واﻧﺘﻴﻨﺎت اﻟﺘﻠﻔﻮﻧﺎت، وﺣﺎﻣﻞ ورق اﻟﻔﻜﺴﺎت ورول ﺣﺒﺮ اﻟﻔﺎﻛﺲ، وﺻﺪأ اﻟﺘﻠﻔﻮﻧﺎت واﻟﻔﻜﺴﺎت ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ دﺧﻮل اﻟﻤﺎء اﻟﻰ اﻟﻼﺳﻠﻜﻲ واﻟﺠﻬﺎز.

ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻋﻄﻞ اﻟﺠﻬﺎز أو إرﺳﺎﻟﻪ إاﻟﻰ اﻟﺼﻴﺎﻧﺔ ﺧﻼل ﻣﺪة اﻟﻀﻤﺎن اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة أﻋﻼه اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ اﺟﻮر ﻧﻘﻠﻴﺎت اﻟﺠﻬﺎز وﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮي إﺣﻀﺎر اﻟﺠﻬﺎز اﻟﻰ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺼﻴﺎﻧﺔ واﺳﺘﻼﻣﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻔﺲ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ.
اﻟﺰﻳﺎرات اﻟﺒﻴﺘﻴﺔ ﻟﺟﻬﺰة اﻟﺼﻐﻴﺮة ﻣﺜﻞ ﺻﻮﺑﺎت اﻟﻐﺎز واﻟﻜﺎز واﻟﺮدﻳﺘﺮات واﻟﺒﻮﻳﻠﺮات واﻟﻄﺒﺎﺧﺎت واﻟﺸﻔﺎﻃﺎتواﻟﻤﺎﻳﻜﺮوﻳﻒ واﻟﺴﺘﻴﺮﻳﻮوأﺟﻬﺰة DVDواﻟﻔﻴﺪﻳﻮوﻛﺎﻣﻴﺮات اﻟﻔﻴﺪﻳﻮ واﻟﻄﺎﺑﻌﺎت واﻟﻤﻜﺎﻧﺲ. وﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺼﻠﻴﺢ اﻻﺟﻬﺰة ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ ﺻﻴﺎﻧﺔ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ وﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺒﻴﺖ اﻟﺰﺑﻮن او ﻟﺪى اﻟﺘﺎﺟﺮ واﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻧﻘﻞ اﻻﺟﻬﺰة اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺮاﻛﺰ.
اﻟﻜﻔﺎﻟﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ اﻟﺸﻔﺮات واﻟﺴﻜﺎﻛﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻻﺟﻬﺰة، ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻻﺳﻼك اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ واﻟﺸﻮاﺣﻦ وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺒﺮاﺑﻴﺞ واﻟﻔﺮاﺷﻲ واﻟﻤﻮاﺳﻴﺮ واﻟﻮﺻﻼت واﻻﻛﻴﺎس واﻟﻔﻼﺗﺮ واﻟﻠﻤﺒﺎت.
اﻟﻜﻔﺎﻟﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺣﺪوث اﻟﻈﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﺎﺷﺎت – ﺑﻼزﻣﺎ / ﺑﺮوﺟﻜﺘﻮر / ﺷﺎﺷﺎت LCD .ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد ﺧﺮاب ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺎﺷﺔ، وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻇﻬﻮر ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﻦ 3-1 ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺘﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻻ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻐﻴﺮ اﻟﺸﺎﺷﺔ.
ﻳﻤﻨﻊ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﺷﺎﺷﺎت LCD او اﻟﺒﻼزﻣﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺎء او ﻣﺎدة ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ اﺧﺮى واﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﻣﺎدة ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﻤﺎ ﻓﻘﻂ.
ﻣﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺼﻴﺎﻧﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻠﺰم ﺑﻘﺒﻮل اي ﺟﻬﺎز ﻻ ﻳﺤﻤﻞ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﻣﻊ ﻓﺎﺗﻮرة اﻟﺸﺮاء اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ وﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮي ﻋﻨﺪ ﺷﺮاء اﻟﺠﻬﺎز ان ﻳﺘﺎﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮﻗﻢ اﻟﻤﻜﺘﻮب ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﺣﻴﺚ ﻳﺠﺐ ان ﻳﻜﻮن ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻘﺎ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎ ﻟﻠﺮﻗﻢ اﻟﻤﻜﺘﻮب.
ﻓﻲ أﺟﻬﺰة اﻟﺤﺎﺳﻮب، اﻟﻄﺎﺑﻌﺎت، اﻟﻬﻮاﺗﻒ اﻻرﺿﻴﺔ واﻟﻼﺳﻠﻜﻴﺔ واﻟﻬﻮاﺗﻒ
اﻟﻤﺤﻤﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﻻ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ:
ﺣﺎدث، اﻫﻤﺎل اﻟﺠﻬﺎز، ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ (Software) أو وﺟﻮد Virus, Ad-Ware أو ﺗﻨﺰﻳﻞ ﻣﻠﻔﺎت اﻟﺦ أو ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ \ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ
اﻧﻈﻤﺔ اﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ ﻻ ﻳﺘﻢ ﻋﻦ
ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ أو اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻣﺤﻮﻻت او وﺻﻼت ﻏﻴﺮ أﺻﻠﻴﺔ أو ﻓﻘﺪان اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت او اﺗﻼﻓﻬﺎ أو دﺧﻮل أوﺳﺎخ أو ﺳﻮاﺋﻞ أو ﻣﻮاد
ﻛﻴﻤﺎوﻳﺔ )رﻃﻮﺑﺔ، رﻣﻞ، ﻏﺒﺎر، ﻓﻀﻼت ﻃﻌﺎم.( واﻻﺿﺮار ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺗﻌﺮض اﻟﺠﻬﺎز ﻻﺷﻌﺔ اﻟﺸﻤﺲ أو ﻟﺤﺮارة ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺎدة
أو ﺗﻐﻴﺮ ﻗﻮة ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎء وﻻ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﻗﻄﻊ اﻟﺒﻼﺳﺘﻴﻚ، اﻟﺠﻠﺪ، اﻟﻠﻮن واﻟﺪﻫﺎن.
ﻗﻄﻊ ﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻠﻬﺎ اﻟﻜﻔﺎﻟﺔ
